Davis Reef

Located at the edge of the drop-off near Islamorada, and just to the south of Little Conch Reef, Davis Reef is a large well populated reef featuring plenty of lobsters and eels. It makes a good snorkeling reef and a great diving location for boats operating from lower Plantation Key, Windley Key and Upper Matecumbe Key. This vibrant reef is perfect for a night dive as you can follow the ledge and not get lost. Bring food for the fish and the eels if you dare!

The popular "El Infante" and "El Capitan" wooden shipwrecks are located nearby.
